I have a bachelor degree in Criminal Justice from Cal State East Bay University, Paralegal certification-Saint Mary's College, 10 years as Executive Resource Officer at iExpect Ministry, graduated from Dave Ramsey Financial University in 2019, and retired from the IRS in 2019.

   Growing up in East Oakland was tough and in the 70's  various resources were not accessible for many reasons. However, I later learned  I did not like the idea of: Not knowing where to get a job, not understanding financing, renting, owning real estate, and about health wellness.   So, I begin to research these areas and any other topic I did not understand or had trouble grasping.   Before I knew it, 20 years of resources I collected and maintained and decided to share it and create a One Stop Shop App.     I take great pride in sharing resources with all walks of life.   It will be an honor to help you aboard  to the "Streamline Essential Resource" App. with your subscription.
